AQL Certification

We at Shoe Club understand the trust our customers bestow on us to check the quality of the product before shipment. Hence the team takes utmost care during the process of inspection & makes sure that the shoes produced & dispatched by the factories meet the set standards of the customer before shipment.

Our quality control (QC) team :

  1. Follows factories/vendors very closely during pre-production & actual production.
  2. Controls quality procedures and checks the shoes prior dispatch.
  3. Ensures that delivered product gets the acceptance.

Random Sampling Pre-Shipment Inspection:

Once the shoes are ready for shipment, our team visits the factory for a random sampling inspection. Shoes would be drawn randomly from the goods ready for shipment for inspection.

Quality check is done on:

  1. Conformity to the sealed sample
  2. Quality of leather in conformity to the sealed sample
  3. General workman ship and outlook of the product
  4. Standard measurements
  5. Usage of right branding labels and stampings
  6. Usage of right branding boxes, wrapping, labeling etc
  7. Pair Matching
  8. Carton Labeling
  9. Implementation of any changes suggested during previous visits

If the drawn samples pass our quality check then our team would issue a Shipment Clearance note which gives the green signal to proceed with documentation and actual shipment of the goods.

If quality checks give negative results, goods are not shipped, there will be a re-control of the entire lot. QC team performs a second round of inspection, goods will only be shipped upon rectifying the problems and passing the inspection.

Every factory has a dedicated sourcing officer and we issue an AQL Certificate, against which the payments are affected.
